Spanish is the most popularly spreading language across the world with more than 400 million native/official Spanish speakers. Due to its wide spread Spanish is adopted as the official language in 21 countries across the world. It is also spoken as a foreign language in many countries all across the world. Coming to the countries which has largest population of Spanish speakers are European countries like Spain, Andorra, Gilbraltar and North American countries like Mexico, Latin America, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, etc. Spain the native country of the language and contains the maximum Spanish speakers, whereas, Mexico (Country of the United States) stands next to Spain in terms of largest number of Spanish speaking population.
Apart from the above countries Spanish is also widely spoken in many of the South American countries like Columbia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, etc. African country, Equatorial Guinea is also one of the states which has largest Spanish speaking population, with the language also being its official language.
