A dental bridge is a false tooth that is used to replace missing tooth. It is a dental restoration that replaces the missing tooth by joining permanently to adjacent teeth. Dental bridge consists of gold, porcelain material. The covering can be matched with the color of natural teeth which provides an ideal choice for people for dental restoration.

There are three categories of dental bridges available:
Traditional Dental Bridge:
Traditional dental bridge is a dental restoration where the bridge is held in place by attaching it to implants or crowns placed on the teeth on either side of the gap caused by the missing tooth or teeth.

Cantilever Dental Bridge:
The bridges are used for missing teeth when there are teeth on only one side of the open space. The bridges can be used in the areas of the teeth which has less stress like the front teeth.

Resin bonded Dental Bridge:
It is used to replace the missing teeth at the front. It is less expensive and this bridge is best suited when the abutment teeth are healthy and don’t have large fillings.
